Test runs w/ jq assertions are failing

We are aware of an issue in the AWS us-west-2 region that is causing tests which include jq assertions to fail.

We are monitoring the issue and ready to make adjustments on our end should this issue persist too long.

Fixed: AWS has resolved the issues on their end and test runs containing jq assertions are now passing.
